The course is so bad right now. Was trying to find any reviews prior to playing, but could not find anything. I took a leap and tried it and oh my god do I regret it. A lot of dirt even if you hit the fairway you’re most likely not getting a good second shot. Not worth the price.

The course at the moment is extremely hurting! The "tee boxes" are mainly dirt and rocks and it is almost impossible to insert a tee in them. The fairways are nothing but dirt for the exception of maybe 3. The greens need a lot of attention as well. I understand the drought out here in southwest Texas is bad but there are ways around it. If you plan on coming out there to play a round, be sure to bring a set of "throw-down" golf clubs because they will get beat up. I just don't think that for the price to play this course it is worth the trip and it's sad because it's the only 18 hole course in the area. Hopefully they can get someone in there who can bring it back to at least fair condition because the area is very nice, just needs a lot of work. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The course itself has gotten better but the lemonade in the pro shop could be upgraded

Visited here on a holiday. The staff accommodated a group of 8 with no hassle. They were kind and willing to do whatever it took to make our experience a pleasant one. Course wasn't overly busy so we were able to play at our own pace. Tons of wildlife to add to the experience. Megan and Dani are the absolute best. If you want a relaxed round with none of the normal uptight hassle of a golf course this is the one.
